That being said, you might want to look into some form of pre-paid legal service provider.  I personally use outside professional attorneys as well as the Pre-Paid Legal.  The cost is as little as $26 per month for a family plan. They have slightly more expensive plans for business owners.  From my personal experience, I have been very happy with their services.  I feel it is like having an attorney on retainer where I can get some of my initial questions answered as well as have a number of additional benefits.  Here is a brochure for their individual plan.
